Christie Hoyt

Christie Hoyt founded Partners for Corporate Recruiting in 2001. With a background in executive search, Ms. Hoyt brings depth and breadth of knowledge to the firm, having conducted both senior-level recruiting and comprehensive team building for Big 5 consulting practices. She has advised human resource professionals in industries such as financial services, technology, logistics, manufacturing, consulting, and business in their roles to develop organizations to be positioned for growth and change. Her style is that of relationship-builder to facilitate understanding of an organization's dynamics in order to fulfill each assignment with appropriate candidate choices.

Most recently, Ms. Hoyt was Business Unit Leader with Management Recruiters International, a subsidiary of NYSE-listed CDI. Ms. Hoyt managed a four-person team of recruiters and personally ranked 3rd among a network of 2,000 professional search consultants. Her management of search assignments enabled her to achieve a success rate in the top 15 in a network of over 2,500 account executives. Ms. Hoyt's ability to effectively analyze organizations, creatively develop strategies, quickly access resources, and align client needs with candidate qualifications has earned her a reputation for expeditious searches and quality placements.

In her current director capacity, Ms. Hoyt is dedicated to establishing long-term client relationships based upon open and frequent communication, and a tenacious style of search management.

Ms. Hoyt is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Neal Friedant

Neal Friedant co-founded Partners for Corporate Recruiting in 2001 with over 6 years of experience in technology sales. Recent searches include: Controller for a mid-size construction company, Manager of Computer Operations for an $180mm private manufacturing company, various public accounting positions including but not limited to Audit Partner, Senior Audit Manager, and Senior Tax Manager. Other searches include: Pension and Health & Welfare Consultants for a $1B human resources consulting practice, Human Resources Manager for a $300mm financial services corporation and an International Sales Manager for a $500mm refrigeration equipment company.

Most recently, Mr. Friedant was Account Manager with Idea Integration, a leading Oracle Value Added Reseller, where his ability to develop relationships with the
Oracle sales team, led to increased revenue within existing accounts. Mr. Friedant’s persistence in new business generation also led to success for Idea. Prior to Idea,
he worked for XRT, Inc., the industry leader in Treasury Management Software.
As the second salesperson hired for XRT, Mr. Friedant aided in hiring 4 additional salespeople to initiate the launch of XRT’s mid-market software offering. Mr. Friedant was the Regional Sales Director for the Southwest Territory.

Mr. Friedant also acted as Sales Manager for a start-up venture, Sharing Technologies, a collaborative software solution venture with Lotus and IBM. Mr. Friedant opened the first US office in King of Prussia, PA and successfully recruited and hired additional salespeople, technical consultants and administrative personnel. He also formed relationships with several business partners. While there he was also responsible for the North America region’s first revenue generation.

Mr. Friedant is a graduate of Temple University with a BS in Business Administration.
